We take our responsibility to educate leaders about AI seriously… which is why we’re joining TechNet
Our relationship with technology will change more in the next two years than it has in the past 200 since the Industrial Revolution. The AI-enabled workplace will force us to ask hard questions about who we are, what we do, and why we’re here.
At Neva, we think it’s the responsibility of technology leaders to facilitate the dialog with employees about what it means for humans to live and work alongside thinking machines. Apprehension is normal… but we think fear of the unknown is unwarranted and optimism about what’s possible is more appropriate.
We think now is the time to guide policy decisions and educate lawmakers about what’s ahead, how it will improve lives, and what risks we should address. We think now is the time for leaders across industry and politics to engage in debate about what’s real and imagined, fact and science fiction, and when it will arrive.
At Neva, we feel it’s our civic responsibility to ensure the artificial intelligence we’re developing is used for good. Today, we’re proud to announce we’re joining the leading network of innovation economy advocates at TechNet to deliver on the promise of AI and machine learning and make sure both policy and technology are prepared for the future.
We couldn’t be more excited to join technology leaders like Google, Cisco, Apple, and Airbnb on this journey. Read more about the mission and great work of TechNet here.
