Founded in 1989, Help Desk Institute (HDI) is one of the premier professional organizations dedicated to elevating service and support across the enterprise. And with more than thirty local chapters across the United States, HDI is doing more than elevating employee service and support, they’re also building local communities for service and support professionals to come together to learn, exchange ideas, and grow their skills.
