How transfers work
Caller asks
“I want to speak to a manager” or “I need billing.”
AI announces
“Of course. I'll connect you with billing now.”
Transfer connects
The active caller is connected to the approved destination.
Safe fallback
If nobody answers, the caller returns to Astound or a message is captured.
The AI can only transfer to destinations you configure here. Callers cannot request arbitrary phone numbers, and destination numbers are never shared with the AI.
